I ordered two sets of these. They were an incredible deal - re other Texas King sized sheets I looked at. Only one of the two sets was actually a Texas King sized sheet set - though, both were labeled so. One was a regular king set. The one that was a Texas King set had insufficient 'fall' to wrap fully around the mattress and, therefore, keeps pulling off as you turn in your sleep. I guess if it seems too good to be true...but I bit because sheets for oversized mattresses are hard to find - and can be absurdly expensive. As I had a king mattress I could use them one, I kept them, but would not buy again, obviously.Pro Tip: if you have an oversized mattress, check with the manufacturer first to see if they have an agreement with someone to produce sheets for their products. I assumed mine did not, as nothing was listed on their website. Turns out they just had a crap website, they did sell sheets for their mattresses, and asked specifically about fall and wrap-around to makes sure the custom sheets actually fit properly when they came. A bit more expensive, but sometimes you actually get what you pay for...
